Banquet Chef Will Koch was part of the pre-opening 2005 and opening team of the Tremont Grand, Baltimore’s newest Unique Venue which officially opened in May of 2006. Will has a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson and Wales University. For over 11 years Will has gained experience in fine dining and catering, from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Virginia Beach, Boston and Washington D.C. and now Baltimore. Before joining the Tremont Grand Will was the Sous Chef at “One Fish Two Fish” in Virginia Beach with noted chef Bobby Huber. Will loves to travel bringing innovative ingredients and ideas back to the Grand’s kitchen in Baltimore. |
