You can watch your favorites cook their signature recipes and entertain with culinary tips, how-to's and other secrets to their success.

Watch the chefs in action and then taste samples from Baltimore’s finest restaurants.

Kitchens Provided By: Viking/Hadco

The opportunity to try wine samples from hundreds of wine producers and complimentary food samples from local and regional providers. Entrance to culinary presentations (free, first come, first seated), celebrity chef demos (free, first come, first seated) and special wine seminars.

You will also receive a souvenir wine glass and an event program outlining participating chefs and demonstration schedule.

4:30PM Spectacular VIP Grand Tasting

Join the Tremont Grand as its host the “Grand” Tasting, which will offer delicious samples from the Tremont Grand’s gourmet kitchen and world-renowned makers of wines and spirits. Stroll from station to station to experience food from the Tremont executive Chef and get acquainted with the variety of premium wines and other top shelf beverages available for your tasting pleasure. Participating chefs and wine makers will attend, as their schedule permits; Ted Allen is scheduled to attend.

Tommy Bahama, Stoli Elit, 42 Below, Gran Platinum, Nuvo, Dewars 12, Glenlivet French Oak, Absinthe, Tanqueray Ten, Gran Marnier, and Perrier Jouet.  Subject to change.
